Village Square

In 1997, Carlino Development Group completed Village Square, its first stand alone retail center. Situated on five acres and comprised of three buildings totaling 35,000 square feet, Village Square has become a shopping, service and meeting destination for the surrounding residential and office community. In addition to Village Square, at least three community retail centers will be included in the residential/mixed-use projects currently under development.
