Carlino Development Group is currently developing three large residential/mixed-use projects that incorporate many elements of Traditional Neighborhood Development under Smart-Growth/New Urban principles. The objective of these projects is to create communities that combine residential, retail and commercial components into one pedestrian friendly space.
